This privacy policy (hereinafter — Policy) applies to all persons who use the online store juniorradar.lt (hereinafter — Store), the Junior Radar mobile application (hereinafter — App), or otherwise provide us with their personal data.

Personal data — any information relating to a natural person (data subject) whose identity is known or can be determined directly or indirectly.
Data subject — a natural person whose personal data is processed (Buyer, User).
Data processing — any operation performed with personal data (collection, storage, use, transfer, deletion, etc.).

Cookie — a small text file that a website stores on your device.

3. Methods of Collecting Personal Data

We obtain your personal data in the following ways:

7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Delivery partners — for physical product delivery
Cloud service providers (Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform) — for app and activation system operation. Data is stored in the EU region
Email service providers — for communication with Buyers

Data is not transferred to third countries (outside EU/EEA) unless an adequate level of protection is ensured in accordance with GDPR Chapter V.

8. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures for personal data protection:

Firebase security rules (authenticated users see only their own data)
HMAC signature validation between systems

9. Children's Personal Data

9.1. The Junior Radar app is intended for parents/guardians to monitor the location of their minor children. Child location data is processed with the consent of the parent/guardian.

9.2. We do not directly collect personal data from children under 14 years of age. Children's location data is obtained through GPS trackers managed by parents/guardians through their App account.

9.3. Parents/guardians may delete their child's location data at any time through the App settings or by contacting us by email.

10. Direct Marketing

10.1. With your explicit consent, we may send newsletters and offers by email.

10.2. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time:

By clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in each email

10.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

11. Cookies

11.1. The Store uses cookies. On your first visit, you will be presented with a notice about cookie usage with the option to accept or decline.

Data is deleted within 30 calendar days of receiving the request. After deletion, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
