5. AUTOMATED DATA PROCESSING
We use automated systems (Firebase Cloud Functions) that:
Check subscription validity once daily
Send reminders about expiring subscriptions
Receive and process Google Play notifications about subscription changes
Update subscription status in the Firestore database
These processes do not involve automated decision-making with legal effects. If a subscription expires, the user moves to the Free plan without losing any data.
6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
6.1. Storage Location
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the European Union (region: europe-west1), compliant with GDPR requirements.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
9.1. Age Restrictions
The application is designed for family use
Only persons aged 18 or older can create a parent account
Child mode is controlled by parents/guardians
Children cannot create accounts or manage tracking settings themselves
9.2. Parental Consent
Parents/guardians must consent to the collection of child data
By connecting a child's device via QR code or family code, parents confirm consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting the child's device
9.3. Parental Rights
Parents can at any time:
View child's location data
Delete child's data
Disconnect child's device
Close account and delete all data
Change tracking mode (interval)
9.4. Minimal Data Collection
We do not collect more child data than necessary for the service. Child data includes only name, GPS coordinates, battery level, and device identifier.
10. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
10.1. Application
The application does not use cookies. We only use necessary technical identifiers (Firebase instance ID, FCM token).

The website www.juniorradar.lt may use necessary technical cookies.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your data is processed within the EU territory (Firebase europe-west1 region). Some Google service components (Maps SDK, Play Store API) may process data in the US. These transfers are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and other GDPR-appropriate safeguards.
