TERMS OF SERVICE - JUNIOR RADAR

1. PARTIES

These terms of service (hereinafter – "Terms") are entered into between:

And You (hereinafter – "User" or "You")

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

"Junior Radar" is a family safety application providing the following services:

Location tracking – real-time child location monitoring
Safe zones – geographic zone setup and notifications
Location history – past location data review
Family chat – communication between family members
SOS function – emergency alert in case of danger
Schedule and tasks – child activity planning

3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND USE

3.1. Registration

Only persons aged 18 or older can create a parent account
You must provide a valid email address
You are responsible for your account password security

3.2. Connecting a Child's Device

By connecting a child's device, you confirm that:

You are the child's parent or legal guardian
You have the right to monitor the child's location
You have obtained the child's consent (if the child is mature enough to understand)

3.3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the application for:

Unauthorized tracking or stalking
Tracking persons who are not your children without their consent
Any illegal activity
Interfering with other users

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

4.1. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan (€0):

1 child
3 location checks per 12 hours
GPS update every 5 minutes
Basic map view

Premium Plan (€3.99/month or €39.99/year):

Up to 2 children
Unlimited location tracking
GPS update every 30 seconds
Up to 10 safe zones
Location history
Schedule and tasks
Push notifications

Family Plan (€6.99/month or €69.99/year):

Up to 5 children
All Premium features
Up to 20 safe zones
Night movement alerts
Shared parent account
Priority support 24/7

4.2. Free Trial

Premium and Family plans include a 7-day free trial period
The trial period starts automatically when you first subscribe
During the trial period, you can use all features of the selected plan for free
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, a paid subscription will automatically begin at the selected plan's price
The trial period applies only once per account and plan
You can cancel at any time through Google Play Store subscription management

4.3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Google Play Store
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
All prices include VAT (where applicable)

4.4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store → Subscriptions
After cancellation, services continue until the end of the paid period
After the paid period ends, you will move to the Free plan
Your data will not be deleted — you can resubscribe at any time
Refunds follow Google Play Store policies (typically within 48 hours of purchase)

4.5. Plan Changes

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time
The price difference will be calculated proportionally for the remaining period
You can downgrade — the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period

4.6. Grace Period

If automatic payment fails, a 7-day grace period is provided
During this period, all features continue to work normally
If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the subscription is suspended

4.7. Promo Codes

Promo codes grant a free Premium period
Each code can be used only once
Code validity period is specified with the code

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. Our Property

The application, its design, code, and content belong to Junior Radar
The "Junior Radar" name and logo are trademarks

5.2. Your Content

You retain rights to your submitted content (messages, names)
You grant us a license to use this content for service delivery

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Service Provision

The application is provided "as-is." We strive to ensure high service quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6.2. Liability Limits

We are NOT responsible for:

Location data inaccuracy due to GPS or network issues
Service interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure
Third-party (Google Play, Firebase) service disruptions
Child's phone battery depletion or GPS being turned off

6.3. Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 12 months.

6.4. Important Warning

"Junior Radar" is an auxiliary tool, not a child safety guarantee. The application:

Cannot replace proper parental supervision
May experience technical issues
Depends on GPS accuracy and internet connection
Requires GPS and internet to be enabled on the child's phone

7. PRIVACY

8. SERVICE CHANGES

8.1. Right to Change

We reserve the right to:

Modify or update application features
Change prices (with 30 days' advance notice)
Change plan composition (with 30 days' notice)
Discontinue certain features

8.2. Notifications

We will notify you of material changes by email or in the application.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

9.1. Your Right to Terminate

You can delete your account at any time through the application settings.

9.2. Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Use the application illegally
Have prolonged inactivity (12+ months)

9.3. Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination:

You will lose access to all data
Data will be deleted within 30 days
Active subscriptions will be cancelled (refund per Google Play policies)

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Dispute Resolution

We will first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation
If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved in Lithuanian courts

10.3. Consumer Rights

This agreement does not limit your rights under Lithuanian and EU consumer protection laws.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

11.2. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

11.3. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

11.4. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
