Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter — Terms) establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of persons purchasing products or services from the online store juniorradar.lt (hereinafter — Store) and the Seller.

1.2. Seller: MB "Junior Radar", company code 307640408, registered address Astrų g. 18, Vilniaus raj., Republic of Lithuania. Email: info@juniorradar.lt.

1.3. Products sold in the Store: GPS trackers, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) beacons, accessories (straps, cases), and digital products (Tracker plan activation codes, subscriptions).

1.4. Buyer — a natural person of legal age (i.e., a person who has reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court order) or a legal entity.

1.5. By confirming an order in the Store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

1.6. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.7. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication in the Store.

2. Conclusion of Purchase Agreement

2.1. A purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method, and reviewed these Terms, clicks the "Order and Pay" button (or equivalent).

2.2. Each purchase agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the Store's database.

2.3. The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Store. The Seller shall not be liable for losses arising from Store malfunctions.

3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products in the Store in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of product delivery (see Section 7).

3.3. The Buyer must accept the products and pay the agreed price.

3.4. The Buyer must provide accurate data in the order form. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

3.5. The Buyer must keep their Store login credentials secure and not disclose them to third parties.

3.6. The Buyer must keep received activation codes secure and not disclose them to third parties. An activation code is intended for a single user only.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the Store's services under these Terms.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer to the specified address under these Terms.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.4. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Store's operation without prior notice to the Buyer.

4.5. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer does not pay for the products within 3 business days of order confirmation.

4.6. The Seller has the right to change product prices in the Store. Price changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

5. Product Prices and Payment

5.1. Product prices in the Store are listed in euros (EUR) including VAT (21%).

5.2. The Buyer may pay for products using one of the following methods:

5.3. Payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment platform. The Seller does not store the Buyer's bank card data.

5.4. Payment is considered completed when the payment amount is credited to the Seller's bank account or confirmed by the payment processor.

6. Product Delivery

6.1. Physical products (GPS trackers, BLE beacons, accessories):

6.3. Products are delivered by the Seller or its courier partners.

6.4. Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment. If packaging damage is noticed, the Buyer must note it in the delivery document or prepare a written report and immediately inform the Seller.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

7.1. The Buyer who has purchased a product in the Store has the right, without stating a reason and without incurring costs other than those specified in this section, to withdraw from the agreement by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of product delivery.

  1. The Buyer sends a return request by email to info@juniorradar.lt, specifying the order number and reason for return
  2. The Seller confirms the return within 2 business days and provides return instructions
  3. The Buyer ships the products to the specified address within 14 days of the withdrawal notice
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the product is defective or different from what was ordered

8.1. The Seller guarantees that products sold comply with the purchase agreement terms. Products must meet normal quality requirements pursuant to Article 6.3644 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.5. Warranty service procedure:

  1. The Buyer contacts us by email at info@juniorradar.lt, providing the order number, description of the defect, and photographs (if possible)
  2. The Seller evaluates the claim within 5 business days and informs the Buyer of the decision
  3. The defective product is repaired, replaced with a new equivalent product, or the purchase price is refunded — at the Seller's discretion, depending on the nature of the defect
  4. Warranty service is provided free of charge, including shipping costs

8.6. Regardless of commercial warranty terms, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to make claims regarding product non-conformity under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania within 2 (two) years from the date of product delivery.

9. Activation Codes and Tracker Plan

9.1. Activation code format: JR-XXXX-XXXX (8-character unique code).

9.2. An activation code is provided:

9.3. An activation code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After expiration, an unused code becomes invalid.

9.4. An activation code can only be used once. After activation, the code becomes invalid and cannot be transferred to another user.

9.5. The Buyer activates the code in the Junior Radar app (Android / iOS) — by entering the code manually or scanning a QR code.

9.6. The Tracker plan validity begins from the moment of code activation, not from the date of purchase.

9.7. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer disclosed the activation code to third parties and the code was used by someone other than the Buyer.

10. Claims for Defective Products

10.1. If the Buyer received a defective product (with manufacturing defects), the Buyer has the right to request warranty service within the warranty period (see Section 8).

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Junior Radar app and GPS trackers are an auxiliary tool for monitoring children's location. They do not replace parental supervision and responsibility.

11.2. The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted GPS tracking — location accuracy depends on GPS signal availability, internet connection, and other technical conditions.

11.3. The Seller shall not be liable for losses arising from: actions of third parties (couriers, payment processors), force majeure circumstances, or Buyer's improper use of products.

12. Invoicing

12.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with a VAT invoice for each order.

12.2. The invoice is sent to the Buyer's email address in PDF format and is available in the Buyer's account in the Store.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiation. The Buyer shall first submit claims to the Seller by email at info@juniorradar.lt.

13.2. The Seller undertakes to respond to the Buyer's claim within 14 calendar days.

13.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to contact:

14. Final Provisions

14.1. These Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

14.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. Amended Terms are published in the Store and apply to orders placed after publication.

14.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
